●Exchange Period: You can submit an exchange request within 30 days of receiving the product.
●Exchange Conditions: Same as the return policy, the product must be unused and with original tags and packaging.
● Request an Exchange: Please contact the customer service team via email to submit an exchange request. We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request. - Return Shipping
● Return Shipping Responsibility: Unless there is a quality problem with the product, the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable courier service to ensure safe return.
● Refund Processing Time: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for return, the refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. - Special Products
Due to hygiene reasons or other reasons, the following products are not supported for return or exchange:
